I would like to add that he gave me a great education on certain functions of the water heater and maintenance that I can do myself to enhance the life of this water heater. After forty years of service our sewer line from the house out to street had clogged, we called V&L Plumbing, they sent a fella out right away. The original vitrified tile was entangled with tree roots at each and every joint. They were able remove and replace the dilapidated tile with sixty feet of 6" PVC duct is short order.
