Their technician Erich handled the job this time, and he was terrific—friendly, clear in his communication, and thoroughly professional. He and his assistant were extremely careful bringing the new unit in and getting the old one out, treating my home with real respect. I was already a fan of V&L and their service team; this visit just confirmed it. Great company, great people, and still an easy first call for any plumbing work I need. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Called V&L to proactively replace my sump and ejector pumps. From the initial call to the service call - this team is extremely pleasant and professional. Kyle handled the service call and he rang my doorbell at exactly 8am as communicated. He surveyed the work, wrote out a quote and took me through it. Once I authorized the work, he started immediately and was done inside of 1.5 hours. Great and professional work! V&L will be my first call whenever I need any plumbing work. They have my highest endorsement.

This is my third time using V&L. They are great to work with. This time I attempted to replace my shower cartridge myself. I did it wrong, so I decided to call the professionals. Erich was great. Despite already having a full day, he squeezed me in. Like the other times V&L has come out, Erich explained well what he did to fix the situation. The second time I used V&L was because my water heater was leaking. I called them 1st thing in the morning, and they had a new water heater installed that afternoon. The plumbers and technicians are very personable. I always appreciate how they explain to me what they did, what preventative steps I can take in the future, and providing general knowledge. The first time I used V&L was to repair a toilet that was running, a bathroom sink handle that was difficult to turn on and off, and a kitchen sink with low water pressure. They fixed everything in one visit. Coordinating the service call was easy. Most was coordinated via text.
