Eriich came and assessed the situation and recommended that Instead of paying almost $200 to clear the drain, (which would just get clogged again repeatedly because I have two cats and two dogs that shed like crazy) that I instead clamp the hose to the laundry sink with a filter and drain it there. He only charged for the service fee, and gained a long-time customer. So refreshing to find a professional who is looking out for his customers!
